The E-Gift Card will be activated within 2 to 24 working hours. The E-Gift Card can be redeemed at our website, or at our showroom in Delhi, India.

Partial redemption of E-Gift Card is possible. The remaining balance will be valid and can be used until the E-Gift Card expires.

The E-Gift Card may be combined with an existing discount or offer at the time of redemption, if any.

The E-Gift Card can be used by the recipient at leisure as it is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Craft Chef Gallery reserves the right to delete or nullify any and all unredeemed E-Gift Card balance in their entirety after one year from date of purchase, irrespective of the balance amount remaining.

Craft Chef Gallery is not liable to pay any sort of compensation (monetary or barter, or in any other form), once the E-Gift Card has expired, i.e., 1 year after the date of purchase.

The E-Gift Card is neither redeemable for cash, nor can it be exchanged for another E-Gift Card, whether expired or active, or resold at any time period.

The E-Gift Card is a property of Craft Chef Gallery.

Craft Chef Gallery reserves the right to call for the return of E-Gift Card, if the need arises.

Craft Chef Gallery reserves the right to delete or nullify any and all points within the Reward Program section if the customer fails to earn new points or redeem the existing ones for a maximum period of 12 months, i.e., an inactivity period of 12 months or more.
