Refund & Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be given in the following cases:

A refund and/or exchange of any kind shall not be applicable on any of the orders placed.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

After 2 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.

Package refused by recipient.

Sizing issues. Thus, we kindly request you to review our size guides very carefully before making a purchase, to avoid sizing issues.

Minor color and/or design variations. All products are unique, so there may be some variations and/or differences in the actual products from the photographs displayed on our website.

If the product/s is/are not faulty or damaged, which is subject to decision by us Craft Chef Gallery.

Customized Orders are considered final sale and are ineligible for returns, exchange or refunds.
Cancellation:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

If your order is cancelled from our end after your account has been charged, the said amount will be reverted to your account. This may take upto 7 business days.

If in case the amount is deducted from customer's account and the transaction has failed, the same will be refunded back to your account. This may take upto 7 business days. If an issue persists, please contact your bank.

Once an order is placed, no refund, whether partial or absolute, will be processed, IF the order cancellation request is placed by the customer.
Refunds will only be done in the following cases:

Genuine quality issue(s), which is subject to decision by Craft Chef Gallery.

Package/s is/are lost in transit (Non delivery of the parcel needs to be reported within 10 days from the date of the order).

In case Craft Chef Gallery discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
Processing of Refund:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Please note that once refund is initiated, it may take longer for the amount to reflect in your bank account, which is out of our control. Please check-in with your bank for clarity.
Dispatch and Delivery:

Orders are dispatched for delivery in batches of Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Each order will be processed on the next nearest dispatch day.

Delivery time is calculated from the day of dispatch.

There are 4 delivery options available:
-
Standard Delivery: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
-
Express Delivery: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
-
24 Hour Delivery: Orders delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
-
This delivery option is available for Delhi and NCR regions only.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change the delivery mode to Standard Delivery. In such cases, the balance delivery amount shall be refunded within 3 business days.

Self Pickup: Pick your order yourself from our showroom in Delhi.
5. Occasionally, factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, transportation disruptions) may cause delays in delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will work diligently to get your order/s to you as quickly as possible.
6. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please read our refund policy for misdeliveries carefully.
7. In the event that your order is returned to us due to delivery issues beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address provided by customer), additional shipping charges will apply to reship the order.
